Shipping & Return Policy

All Genesis Infused shipments require an Adult Signature at delivery. This ensures our products are received safely and in compliance with legal regulations.

If a delivery attempt by UPS or USPS is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We’re happy to offer one complimentary reshipment, but we kindly ask that you contact us first to confirm your shipping details before we resend your order.

Please note: additional reshipments after the first will incur standard shipping fees.

All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Genesis Infused at our sole discretion. Refunds or exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
