Genesis Infused beverages are hemp-derived and federally compliant under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the Farm Bill), containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Every batch is tested by an independent, accredited laboratory for cannabinoid potency and contaminants. We publish each batch’s Certificate of Analysis (COA) below.
